First time we ever had to use a transport company and it was from CA to FL. We spoke with Liz who is just awesome, right on the ball the whole time. She contacted the seller of the car and handled getting the driver asap. She told us about 8 days which we thought was great, but we got the car in 6. Hector, the driver, was great. He called several times to let us know where he was, and when he thought he would be here. We had no problems, and are so thankful we used Bears Transport to get our new 1971 beetle to Florida. Thank you Liz, and Hector!
