Thank you for your review -we appreciate every one of them.
Even if they are not as glowing -it helps us improve.
Bears Transport does give a 2 day window on pick up and delivery and we let our customers know you will not hear from the driver until 24 hrs in advance because after all this is the transport industry so just like planes and trains the trucks do get delayed as well.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our customer and strive for satisfaction.
