Liz was extremely helpful during a stressful move. She called numerous times to be sure that the driver had been in touch and sent me the driver's name and phone number so I could follow up on my own. Liz notified me in advance when she was going to be unavailable and she made arrangements for a colleague to handle my questions during the one evening she could not be reached by phone. I found her to be very helpful and pleasant. Her driver was also polite, and he delivered the car to my door much faster than I expected. I would definitely use Bears Transport again.
