Recently,I moved two of my vehicles from South Carolina to California.Having no prior experience in transporting the vehicle, I was really nervous about dealing with the brokers/transporters as I had heard a lot about people getting ripped off by the transportation agency/brokers etc.Anyways I received about 40+quotes from different agencies and after reviewing the ratings and feedback on this site, I shortlisted Bears Transport. Their quote was not the cheapest but I went ahead with them seeing 5 star ratings and good reviews from the customers. I found the whole experience trouble free with few followups along the way. As soon as I send them the advance money, they gave me the truck driver's contact information with whom I set up a pickup time. On the expected day of delivery, I called up the driver and set up a time for delivery and he delivered the vehicle at the scheduled time.The car got delivered without any damages. The same story for my other car. The drivers in both the cases were courteous and I had to do very little follow up for the pick up or the delivery. I am going to use them again in future.
