I didn't know what to expect but was surprised by the overall ease with which the entire transaction took place. Documentation all done online and all my phone calls and emails were responded to in short order.
On the delivery date, my truck just showed up in my driveway....better than buying a new car! Will call Bears for my next purchase too.
