I was extremely satisfied with bears transport. It was my first time transporting a car and I had read too many horror stories and bad reviews, I just picked bears because of other reviews and could not be more pleased. The pickup was exactly as scheduled and the dropoff was a day earlier than expected, a pleasant surprise to someone anxious to see their car. The representative to whom I spoke was very knowledgable and incredibly kind and helpful, everything went completely smoothly. Even when there was some confusion with payment because a third party was taking delivery for me, bears called and the issue was resolved in under two minutes. I will be using bears again soon and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something painless that could otherwise be quite difficult.
