Jeep Wrangler: First time using auto

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from a family friend out of state. When calculating how much it would cost to go pick it up myself I decided to see how having it transported would compare. I received quotes from $550 to $760 from various dispatchers. Then i received the quote from Bears Transport for $525. There quote was the cheapest so naturally I was excited and curious as to what type of reviews they received. I booked with Bears after reading there great reviews here.

Liz, was my main contact and she was very helpful and courteous. They dispatched right away and pick up was done the next day. It was scheduled for 1:00pm, but the truck company had traffic problems in the northeast and pick up was made later that night at 9:30pm. Delivery was made three business days later to Central FL (orlando area).

Communication was good. Every email I sent with questions or update requests was replied to in a timely fashion. The only thing keeping this from being excellent was the fact that I had to ask for an update when the delays occurred. They always answered and checked things for me, but there was no warning on there part while the delay was occurring.

The driver of the truck was very nice and professional. Actual pick up and delivery could not have been any smoother.

The overall experience was very good, timely, and for a great price (best price out of 8 quotes). I will definitely use Bears Transport in the future if I need this service again!!
