Smooth transfer, Bears!! Very glad I did my homework

I decided the only way to pick the right transport provider was to read a lot of reviews. Bears seemed to have the best reviews on this website and on BBB, and I liked reading repeatedly that Liz and Frank were reliable. I learned that other providers bid low and hide a lot of costs, so I wanted to watch out for that. I also liked that all the reviews suggested on time pickups and delivery. Liz was very helpful talking through all the options with me and we decided on an enclosed truck, top level for max protection. What gave me a lot of confidence was that Liz said that she is a small business and she does not have time to manage bad drivers so she picks good and trusted ones. The driver showed up on time and gave a lot of warning, and the car was delivered on time and with a lot of warning. No damage to the car and I had a ton of belongings in the car (nothing too valuable of course) and none were touched or missing. A smaller enclosed truck showed up to transport it to the larger truck. I was nervous seeing my baby car leave and asked a lot of questions and the driver smiled and said Don't Worry, it will be fine! The same driver transported the car in a very large enclosed truck - only 8 days from FL to CA. He already had the car unloaded and ready for me at the arranged meeting time and place. Very smooth transaction - avoid the headaches and go with Bears!
