I contacted several transport companies and decided to use Bears based on reviews of former customers. Contact was professional, instructions were clear and paperwork was promply handled via FAX.
Pickup of vehicle was on time and telephone contact was made 24 hours before expected delivery. Delivery was delayed several hours due to an unexpected delivery issue with another vehicle being hauled, but even with the delay, delivery was within my expectations.
The driver made contact again about 1 hour before actual delivery and arrived at my location very promply.
