My son needed his vehicle shipped from Houston to Hawaii. Our experience with Bears Transport couldn't have been better. We received a competitive quote for the job, but initial contact with Bears Transport sealed the deal for us. Their customer service was outstanding from the beginning. We had some unusual issues that might possibly have complicated the shipping, but the staff at Bears went out of their way over several days to help us resolve the issues. They always responded to our calls and emails very promptly and were sharp and efficient in every way. Customer service like this is sadly rare these days, but Bears Transport knows customer service! Our shipment went without a hitch. We wouldn't hesitate to use Bears Transport again and wouldl recommend them to anyone needing transport services.
