I had arranged to have my cars moved by a carrier I had used twice before. As the date approached for the pick up, they had a problem and could not get anyone to speak to me. I located a second firm that failed even more miserably. I spoke to Bears and my problem was solved. The cars were picked up and delivered as promised. There are a lot of undesirable brokers in this industry so you need to be careful. I will use Bears Transport again.
