Liz and her team did a fantastic job mitigating a tough situation and delivering on point. My only issue was with the driver that transported the vehicle. He left a message at 1130pm to have me meet him 20 miles away the next morning to assume delivery when I had paid for door to door service.

Broker = Awesome and will definitely use again
Driver = Good but could have been better

Jamison , Thank you for the great review ! We were glad we were able to help you over the weekend in such short notice after you had contracted with another broker who charged you a deposit and left you hanging. Service is door to door as long as it is 18 wheeler accessible - your address had weight restrictions for trucks on the bridge to your address. So by law the truck would not have been allowed to cross the bridge to you . I apologize if this was inconvenience to you- We are happy your vehicle arrived safely and timely !!
