I was a first timer in shipping an automobile anywhere let alone across the country from Nevada to Pennsylvania and Josh was fantastic! He explained the process, answered my questions, and provided excellent customer service. He answered all of my questions, kept me informed about the pickup and delivery of my car and most importantly, available any time in case there is a issue. My car was delivered early and was in perfect shape.
