The rest of your issues are trucking company issues and/or dealership issues, not car transport broker issues. Unfortunately, I never make claims/promises I cannot keep and think there was a miscommunication regarding your automobile being first on, first off. Also, pickup dates in this industry are ALWAYS estimated as stated in my contract. Truck drivers are driving across country- loading and unloading cars- fueling- sleeping- eating- maintaining their trucks- and by law are only allowed to drive a certain amount of hours a day - for that, I commend the trucking company for being only 24hrs shy of the estimated quote date but if you're unhappy I'm unhappy. I did all that was in my scope of work to keep you and your husband notified and satisfied. I hope I can earn a 5 star rating from you both in the future.
