Thank you for your feedback S. Holmes. I pride myself on running an honest business and providing my customers with top notch customer service and appreciate your compliments on my doing so. The rest of your issues are trucking company issues and/or dealership issues, not car transport broker issues. Unfortunately, I never make claims/promises I cannot keep and think there was a miscommunication regarding your automobile being first on, first off. Also, pickup dates in this industry are ALWAYS estimated as stated in my contract. Truck drivers are driving across country- loading and unloading cars- fueling- sleeping- eating- maintaining their trucks- and by law are only allowed to drive a certain amount of hours a day - for that, I commend the trucking company for being only 24hrs shy of the estimated quote date but if you're unhappy I'm unhappy. I did all that was in my scope of work to keep you and your husband notified and satisfied. I hope I can earn a 5 star rating from you both in the future.
