Dispatcher was rude and used vulgar language while on the phone. I had paid broker $200.00 in advance and it was supposed to be $175.00 balance as C.O.D. However, I was demanded $400.00, right now or never. I was threatned that if not paid full $400.00 the vehicle will be transported back to Miami. On the top, driver dropped the vehicle one mile prior to my house. I had car delivered by other transporter only few months back from same city at my residence. Both driver and dispatcher acted as if I am low level individual from Mexico and I was amazed how, the dispatcher repeatedly used the word f*ck you. I had to rush to bank before it is closed, withdrew addional $225.00 paid driver who had no understanding of language and decency. I was forced to drive the vehicle without license plate and insurance card from delivered point to my house. My wife who was standing by the vehicle was told keep off as he took the car and put it back on the trailer.

This was unpleasant experience dealing with this carrier. Also, the delivery time was late by 4 hours as same drama unfolded with previous delivery in Houston, TX to local dealer named as Auto Plaza of Houston located at Richmond Avenue in Houston TX. This carrier must be avoided for any future auto transportation service. This was terrible and horrible experience.
