I contacted shipper on Wed 7/22/09 to arrange shipping based on a prior quote. Was told vehicle would be picked up Wed or Thurs. Vehicle still was not picked up on Friday. I called back on Friday and was told it was being picked up that day. Monday came and vehicle still not picked up. Called again and was told that it would be picked up that day.

I reminded them that storage charges would start on Tuesday. Now it's wed 7/29/09 and the vehicle was not picked up. I've already paid 2 days storage and will have to pay at least 1 more! I cancelled with them and found a reputable company via this website that was only slightly higher priced. Had they been honest up front and told me that they couldn't ship it, I would have almost broken even by not having to pay storage charges.

I was told several times they would call me right back and never had a phone call returned. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
