Terrible Experience

Driver was rude and completely uncooperative. I won't go into details regarding pick up in California which was not great but okay. (We agreed to a pick up two days early and at night in order to help driver out with his other stops.)

However, the worst experience was the delivery. The driver refused to come to the town where the car was to be delivered (Somerville, MA) and insisted that we travel two towns away (almost 4 miles) to Boston. The drop off location was at the side of a busy highway. The police got involved and told the driver that unloading cars at this location was illegal but he continued anyway (in addition to our car 2 others were being unloaded.) Obviously it was all about his convenience.

We were promised door-to-door service and did not get it. We offered other locations nearby our house in Somerville but were told all were unacceptable. The only option was the location chosen by the driver in Boston. This was outrageous and unacceptable.

If it was possible to give a review of negative stars, worse than "poor" I would do so.
