I recieved an email saying there was a cancelled spot, THE bid wasn't the cheapest but was decent at $625 dollars. I contacted them by phone, and a smooth talking salesman assured me everything would be fine and hopefully have me my fourwheeler 10 days from the date we talked.
Let me tell you, from here, things went south. After that I called and asked what happened because it had never been picked up in texas, 'Michael' told me that Labor Day is similiar to The Christmas Season, as far as a busy schedule goes. Well around 2 weeks after the original pickup date i got the email saying it would be picked up on september 13. On the 14th it was finally loaded on the trailer and heading to my state, Washington.
Around 1 day after it was picked up I recieved an email saying, " Just a reminder, your COD for the delivery of your fourwheeler will be $1,050 dollars. (By the way, the contract i signed was for $175 broker fee and $450 to the truck driver when the vehicle was delivered). After receiving the email regarding the NEW delivery cost of $1,050, i contacted 'Jim Cott' about the new cost that i had never been informed of, until the vehicle was on the road. And to be frank, that conversation with Jim Cott was extremely disappointing. He had absolutely no explanation as to why i wasn't asked to approve the extra cost of shipping before the vehicle shipped. Num. 16 in the contract stated that. All he could muster up was that Num. 2 in the contract totally overrides Num. 16. If there is any business that Ive been HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in, it is Available Logistics.
I honestly only wanted to get a decent price and a safe delivery, and all i can say is that it did arrive safely for a Hefty Fee of $1,050. Originally $450. All i can say is, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

bowman was fully aware of the broker fee and any additional charges, since it was approved by him.Full contract and broker fee was agreed to by customer, just looking to get money back. Of course now he complains after agreeing to the charges and receiving the car- -Typical
