I was cleaning up some files, recently when I came across the bill from Autotrail Transporters. What a horrible experience I had with them. Initially, they were nice but once you paid, forget it. They were late with the pickup, but worst was the delivery. The car was expected earlier and they dragged it out until the last contractual day. When I called to inquire I was beyond belief with a very rude receptionist and worst off was a man who got on the phone and said he was the owner. He started to yell at me and (in the strange way), mock me to the point that it was creepy and beyond rude. I've never experienced anything like that. I could not believe that they were a business. These are the rudest people to deal with and they lie when it comes to dealing with getting your car to you. The only good thing that came out of it was that my car was never damaged in transport. So, think twice if you ever give thought to using this company. In order to publish this review, I had to use the name Smith as the contact person. I no longer remember who my contact people were, however because it is a small company, I sure you would encounter the people I had dealt with.
