Autoline was very nice to deal with, except for the fact that they weren't able to do what they said they were going to do. I placed an order for a stated price, paid my deposit, and was told that my car would be delivered in approximately 5 days, plus or minus a few days. After almost two weeks with no communication, I called and began asking questions. I was initially told it would be 24-48 hours and they would contract my delivery. No call back. I called again, and this time I was told that I would have to pay $100 extra in order to guarantee a date for my delivery. This was already over a week after I had been told my car would be delivered (and the car hadn't even been picked up yet). I had already paid my deposit, and if I didn't pay extra, I had no guarantee that my car would be picked up anytime soon. "It could be a month," I was told. I felt deceived and tricked into paying more for a service I was told would be less. Since I had already paid my deposit and needed my car, I had no choice but to fork up the extra money. They were nice to deal with, but I felt deceived and tricked. I felt like I had been lied to and paid more money than I had anticipated by using this service.
