My explorer was shipped from NY to CA and arrived safely. The only thing I was disappointed with was the first time I set up a pickup window the 10 days went by without finding a carrier. So I had to upgrade to express shipping which cost more. When the carrier picked up the car he said he'd be dropping it off a few days earlier than he actually did. But when he did finally have the time he would be here it was delivered exactly at the time he stated. We were trying to plan a trip out of town so that was a little bump we had to work around but it turned out ok. Nathan at Autoline was very helpful, I would use Autoline agian.
