I was shipping my brand new car (I only had it for 2 days & drove it once) from NJ to Cali. I was extremely nervous since it was the winter and there were terrible storms across the country. Brian was very patient with my constant calls and always gave me up-to-the-minute updates on where my vehicle was.

The only hiccup that we had was on pick-up where my dad had to drive the car to the truck because of unknown weight restrictions where I live. Brian spoke with the driver and told him to make sure that my dad sat and stayed warm in the truck until he could get a taxi to take him back home. Luckily, my dad had a neighbor follow him to drop off my vehicle, but Brian's gesture was very much appreciated.

My car arrived on time without any damage. I would definitely recommend AutoZipper to anyone.
