This was my first time looking to use an auto transport company. Autozipper had great reviews and ratings, had an A rating with the BBB, but I decided upon them because of the price - I thought I was getting a great deal on shipping my car from Michigan to California. Or so I thought. The price I paid was not the price I was quoted. I'm not sure where the mix-up occured, perhaps in them not knowing that my Saturn Vue was not a sedan, but a small SUV. And then with that mix up, my car was not going to fit on the planned route he had told me of. I was worried my car would not leave on time. But, luckily, Brian was very helpful and quickly found another driver heading to the west coast, and had negotiated a price of just $50 more than my quoted price, which was still less than the competitor's pricing that I had been quoted on from them.

While I had these slight hiccups, Brian was very helpful and courteous all throughout the process. The timeliness of shipping my car from point A to point B was right on time, if not early; with no visible damages to my car. So for the price and service I paid for, I would still use Autozipper again, and recommend them to anyone.
