I used this website to choose AutoZipper. So my review relates not only to AutoZipper but the website as well. I obviously chose the transporter based on the positive reviews contained at this site. Never has a website been more accurate. AutoZippers service both the office contact, Brian, and the transporter were superb. You can't ask for a better service. I got express pickup and an enclosed transport even though I didn't order them. I initially asked for pickup about a week after I first contacted Autozipper because I thought they would need that time to arrange the pickup. The same day I made the order I received a call from Brian asking if I wanted the car pickup that weekend, just 3 days after ordering the service. They picked it up on time. They delivered the car just 8 days later in California from New York. I received regular calls from the driver apoligizing for being delayed because they had closed I -80 for snow in the Rockies. Then on the day of the delivery, Sunday, the driver hit the Tahoe ski traffic returning to the Bay area. He called repeatedly informing me of his progress while moving about 25 mph. He arrived Sunday night after a horrible 8 hour drive from Tahoe. He was professional and cheerful despite the tough road. I was so thrilled at this tenacity and responsiveness I gave him a substantial tip. I can't say enough about Autozipper or the transporter. I doubt I'll use any other service than Autozipper in the future.
