I was very pleased with the communications with Tammy Yugin from start to finish. She helped me find the ratings website, no hard sell, listened to what we needed and made it happen. We wanted close to pinpoint control on the timing, and were willing to pay for that, she made it easy. Had we been more flexible, I'm sure she would have done fine on that, too. Got a number of emails keeping us up to date, it made us all more relaxed.
