I was having problems getting my new car shipped from new York to Oklahoma. I had chosen another well review firm to broker the move, but had a terrible experience. They were not responsive, not proactive, and were basically ineffective. When I spoke to George at Autostar, he was very honest, but also very motivated. He provided timely feedback and updates regarding the status, along with honest recommendations regarding how to get the job done and time expectations. Within two days George had my car on a truck heading home, and it arrived quickly in great condition. I wasted almost two weeks with the other company, wish I would have chosen Autostar first.
