I was so pleased with the services provided by Auto Star Transport, so much that I am now willing to purchase another vehicle out of state for my wife, if the opportunity arose. I had so many questions with this being my first experience transporting a vehicle half-way across the country. I actually did not even know for sure the exact specifics until I flew to personally inspect the car I was bring home, which I inherited from my late uncle. The patience and cooperation was amazing even though we were aware that the vehicle had not run in over 30 years. Auto Star Transport was able to secure a carrier within five days prior to the car’s departure; after I confirmed the details… discovering my 2 door dream car under the impression it may be a 4 door. I knew that my situation was different from the average transport but they were confident not knowing precise information regarding the year make and model, understanding the vehicle was not in running condition including a 5 day window to pick up the vehicle while I was in town. At the last moment we needed to change the pick-up location in order to make my flight and I notified Auto Star Transport at the open of business, the same day the car was picked-up.
