From Barry 888-802-8250 ext. 2229: Thank you for the review Harriett, we are always thankful for any feedback received from our customers.
Sometimes our effort we do for transporting vehicles with the highest standard of service falls short due to a third parties lack of service, and that is sometimes something that affects our reviews afterwards (we understand that completely).
I agree with Harriett about the lack of service from Mr. Js Auto Transport, she was told one thing but they did not keep their word in regards to delivery day and time. This is why we many times do not continue working with certain transporters, because they do not maintain our reputation safe.
Anyhow, we do appreciate your time you took for leaving us a review Harriett and would be glad to assist you in the future.
