Transport of vehicle

I had a prior contract with another broker that had my contract for over five weeks. I had made numerous calls to the prior broker and I was always told that they did not have a driver available to transport my vehicle. I always had to make the calls and I never received any calls from the broker or e-mails regarding the status of the transport. I do not live in a remote area so I could not understand why no drivers were available. After five weeks I was advised that I might have to increase the cost of the move so I authorized an additional $100.00 just to get the car moved. After another two days I did not get any return calls or correspondence so I contacted Auto Star. Within a period of less than four hours I had my vehicle picked up at my residence and it arrived at it's destination four days later. I would highly recommend AutoStar for any of your transportation needs. I paid more than I had originally expected but in the long run the extra cost was more than justified. AutoStar did not have me sign a contract until they located a driver who could take my vehicle. This was a welcome relief since I am now trying to recoup my deposit from the prior broker who failed to honor my contract.
