Thank you Matt, for your review. I do apologize once again for the typos in the contract. As your agent, it is my responsibility to revise such mistakes and resend the contract. Unfortunately I was out of the office when you called the first time, but as soon as I learned of the mistakes, a new contract was written up and sent out to you immediately. In regards to your comment about the carrier, maintenance issues, unfortunately, due happen as with any vehicle. Before calling you, Kirstin did talk with the carrier. She then told you that your vehicle would be delivered later that day based on the information the carrier had given her. We will keep this experience in mind in the future when working with this carrier. All in all, your vehicle was delivered in a very timely manner even with maintenance problems. I am glad that you found our service satisfactory. If you are ever looking to move a vehicle in the future, please keep us in mind and do not hesitate to give me a call.
