After asking for quotes on a moving a 54 year old car in a partially restored state with no glass, and with at that time still negotating a fair purchase price. many quotes came back with either very expensive or advising that a covered container would be the way to go.
Conner from AutoStar Transport contacted me and gave me a price,but when I explained my situation and the condition of the vehicle he advised me to purchase the vehicle and he would then work with me to find a carrier who would take the vehicle in said condition.
He made follow-up calls on a weekly basis to check the situation but with no pressure selling.
When I purchased the vehicle I called Conner and within hours he came back with a carrier who would transport my vehicle.
The collection in San Francisco,Califoria was on time and I;m told by the seller very profeshional and the driver even put a cover over the car to protect it from the elements,. After a couple of on the road updates of his progress,the car arrived in Florida 6 days later,within 20 mins of quoted time.
Would I use Auto Star again 100% yes for the excellent service they provided but let me finish this restoration first
