This company lead me to believe they had my best interest in mind. It SEEMED as though they were doing everything they could to get my car picked up, but turns out the low bid never comes through. Mary was so nice and seemed genuinely helpful and knowledgeable, but turns out she was just lying. I made contact with these people @ the 8th of August and after being told several times someone was on the way to pick up the car, finally went looking for another company on August 21 after not being able to get anyone to call me back, again. Guess I should have looked more carefully at the reviews. Seems like this is a trend. This company made my vacation hell.
