Spoke to many companies and brokers but decided on Auto Transport On Demand. Everything was great up until I paid my money. I was promised a top spot on the truck. This didn't happen. I was promised a phone call from the company picking up my vehicle. This didn't happen. I was given their contact info and I called them the day before and they were very short with me and said it will be a day later. We will let you know. This never happened. The driver called the next day saying he was running late. Then I was told the driver would give me updates. This never happened. I waited 4 days and then sent a text and left multiple voicemails with nothing returned. I then contacted my broker since it has been 7 days (the amount of days I was told it would take) and they promised me not to worry and I would hear from the broker and driver tomorrow. I waited all day and NOTHING. I then just went about my day the next day when I finally heard from the trucking company telling me when they would be dropping off my vehicle. The vehicle got here without any damages it was just filthy (which I get from an open carrier) I did notice some type of liquid on the hood which was probably leaked from the vehicle above me (hence why I asked for a top spot). I know there are many companies to choose from and this would have been a completely different review if one thing could have happened. COMMUNICATION it's not that hard to ask someone for updates of where its at and when it will be delivered. Also, don't promise something and not deliver.
