I contacted Auto Transport and on the day of my pick up was told it would be an extra $200.00. Needless to say I was not happy, however was scheduled to fly out the next day and had to proceed. Needless to say I got a call this morning from Janine Hecht and after explaining my dissatisfaction she stated she would credit me $100.00 immediately and then credit me another $100.00 when I transport my car back down south in the fall.
