To Whom it May Concern-
The client placed an order in our office on 4/1/2019 and was scheduled for pick up as of 4/5/2019 - unfortunately we do not guarantee specific dates for transport. We are happy the customer received his vehicle in a timely fashion from NV to OH - We do not offer money back for writing reviews, we do however encourage customers to use us again for a return customer discount. While the carriers attempt to get as close to the pick up and delivery locations as possible there are some instances where drivers are required to meet due to the size of the Carriers to avoid any damages to other vehicles along the way. We do stand by the guaranteed amounts in the contract, and we did not change the rate originally given. We are sorry to hear there was a delay with transport, and unfortunately that is something that is out of our control.
