Great Service.....Eventually (Driver was Excellent)

*Preface: Driver's services were excellent, this review is of the management company which I had to deal with throughout this process.*

Started out a great customer service experience with getting my reservation made. After shipping was promised it took two weeks after my scheduled date to receive my vehicle. I did run into some issues with my vehicle not being able to start by the time the service was scheduled however on the morning the first driver was dispatched I was contacted by the dispatcher to let me know what time the driver would be showing up. I explained to her what had happened with the vehicle and that it was not operational. She told the driver was more than capable of loading the vehicle safely with it NOT running. The driver ended up arriving 3 hours late and after 2 hours of trying to destroy my car he gave up and left without my car. After this the company tried to charge me even more money because the driver had to come to my house as if i was an inconvenience to him. I was able to get the price down to something I was more comfortable with in addition to the $150 extra I had to pay because my vehicle now wasn't running and I wasn't living there anymore to fix it. So after all this back and forth my vehicle was finally picked up by a reputable driver after being 3 weeks past its original delivery date and now costing me an additional $200 than was originally quoted more than a month ago. I'm glad my car made it home finally unharmed for the most part. However, I will not be using this company's services in the future.
