Great ratings, why I called them. However, my deal did not go as planed and no one bothered to let me know. Eventually I got a supervisor involved who got the ball rolling again, but then he neglected to let me know what the new schedule was. Then a truck showed up at the sellers unannounced. (Glad he was at home.) The seller called me to say the car was finally on its way, After calling to find out what the delivery date was, I had to arrange for someone to take delivery since I was going to be out of town that day. Lack of communication at every step.
