We immensly apologize the Customer's experience was not the best that it could be. We strive on providing excellent Customer Service, and a stress-free experience. A lot of the time we do request flexibility for pick up to ensure the vehicle(s) are picked up and delivered in a timely manner. As soon as customer notified Customer Service of an issue with the pick up dates, we contacted the carrier to rectify. The pick up date was delayed until Thursday vs Wednesday and delivery delayed in Micigan until 30th of April.
Since the pick up difficulty the customer did not reach out to us to advise of any further issues with communication - Customer Service is available 24/7 and the last call received was prior to pick up 04/24/2018. Last email recieved and replied to from the customer was on 04/23/2018 - We definitely apologize the experience was not better for the Customer - however, Auto Transport 123 was not notified of any issues outside of the date, which was immediately rectified. We are glad the customer has received their Vehicles safely.
