The service was great except one thing, you don't take a credit or debit card for final payment and require cash. You should have told me that when I originally signed to accept your service. Nobody reads all that fine print anymore and that caused a lot of inconvenience for my wife and I as we had to get cash to pay the truck driver for the final payment. You really need to improve on this service. Very inconvenient. Next time I have a car shipped I will make sure that I can pay the entire cost on my bank card before I agree to hire.
