Richelle was professional and courteous. Pick up and delivery were both on time. The total quoted amount did not change. My only complaint is the last minute notice that my reservation fee had increased and my COD amount was less. I did not plan for the additional amount to be charged to my credit card. All in all, this was a pain free experience.
