Felicia was great she answered all my questions. Even if she was off she still responded in a timely manner. Also educated me on the whole process so I felt comfortable. #1076743. The transporter was very apologetic for being late. I was told 1-4pm time window and I get a call at 6:30 saying 8 o’clock. I got my car at about 10pm. I understand people run late but better communication on time would be great. I waited 9 hours at home for my car.
