Felicia was very helpful and answered all my questions. Even on her time off she would still help me. She made the process as easy as possible. The transporter was very apologetic for being hours late. Time window was between 1-4 at 6 I get a call saying it will be 8. I got my car at about 10pm. I completely understand there’s set backs but communication with hours later. I spent the whole day waiting. Transporter was okay service…
