ASG agent Felicia Williams provided 5-star customer service. Knew we needed look no further than Auto Shipping Group, when Felicia was the only rep to call us back (quickly) after our requests went out (on a SUNDAY, no less). From start to finish, she was reliable, very clear in her explanations, responsive, quick, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with (esp. compared to experiences w/other transport companies).

With Felicia, there was zero frustration, no unexpected expenses or charges, no hard-sell tactics. And the quote was very reasonable. Car pick-up and delivery went very smoothly. Driver was very good at managing expectations for pick up and delivery, friendly, easy to deal with, responsive, communicative. Because of current road issues, it is a challenge to get to our home. But that didn't stop our awesome driver from delivering right to our front door (thanks, TK Transport).

Excellent experience. Will use them again and highly recommend Auto Shipping Group and Felicia to others.
