Lance was very knowledgeable and honest about the logistics and costs of arranging transport for my car. Unfortunately, the first carrier canceled and I found out by calling the carrier rather than being notified immediately due to a holiday. I would have appreciated quicker notification about the cancellation since my pickup window was tight. In the end, Lance found another carrier quickly and everything worked out. Lance checked in by phone/text whenever there was an update
