After having a very, very bad experience with a prior auto transportation company, I reached out to Auto Shipping Group, and boy am I glad that I did. From the moment I first spoke with Heidi Schulze, I knew that the vehicle transport was in the right hands. It was a difficult route from where I purchased the vehicle in Townsend, TN to my home in Mattituck, NY on the tip of Long Island, but Heidi nailed it and the vehicle was delivered within 2 days of my first contact to Auto Shipping Group. Heidi is an outstanding customer service professional - I own restaurants and bars in New York City and am familiar with customer service businesses, and she is as good as anyone I've ever come across. Her communication skills are outstanding. She kept me updated every step along the way. She was friendly and helpful and I will use Auto Shipping Group for all my future auto transport needs (and specifically Heidi!). I was hesitant at first with the idea of transporting a vehicle, but I am now 100% confident in buying vehicles sight unseen since I know they will make it to their final destination. I look forward to working with Heidi and Auto Shipping Group again!
