First Off: Don't expect a "low ball" price quote from any company of this sort to result in an expedited speedy delivery of your vehicle.
Worked with a different company prior and after 3 weeks of waiting for pick up and no other information than "we're working on it" we finally switched to this company. Tige Yeargin filled me in on the process and it is honestly a kind of ridiculous middleman brokerage process that is at times very disorganized. For example, the truck driver never picked up his cell phone once and and showed up 3 days early in Sacramento wondering where to deliver the vehicle. That's the first time I spoke with him. Who drives from NC to CA without knowing exactly where they are dropping a vehicle off?
I give this middleman auto transport company 5 stars because they were honest with me about the bidding process for drivers, etc. Rather than being completely in the dark (like Statewide Auto), this company would tell me specifically "we're having trouble because of this particular issue." etc. That's all I needed.
