Kirk, was very open to discuss, with me, the entire process from beginning to end. He let me know how the car transport industry operated as a whole, and what to expect at every turn.
I received a phone call to let me know that a carrier was found, then to make sure that a date was set, and that I was contacted by the shipping company, and then an hour before my vehicle was to be picked up. In my opinion this type of communication is key so that I know exactly what is going on so that I am not waiting around all day like you do with most cable providers.
The driver contacted the person receiving my vehicle in the same manner that they picked it up so his day was not ruined waiting around for drop off either.
all in all a great experience, and since I am shipping my other vehicle in a month or so I will be using them again.
