This company was hired to transport 2 vehicles, the job was paid for well in advance, a month in advance.
The owners communication was horrific, lets say none existent.
The original pick up date came & went, a no show, a no call, his phone was off and couldn’t be reached till later that evening, 8 hours later.
His reschedule of many days & times days came & went, once again with no pick up, and no calls.
My calls to him over 50, his return or calls to me were 2.
I had cancelled the job with him, I gave more then a fair chance, his second call to me him once again another promised date, I had cancelled the job much earlier that morning, 10 hours later he called, his second call to me.
His lack of knowledge furthered my reason knowing the best thing I did was say, your fired.
When you hire someone to do a job expect, professional services to be shown and done.
When they ask for more then a deposit, STOP !!!
When they don’t show up, don’t bother to call you when a scheduled pick up was not going to be met, start thinking.
In my case there was no call for a problem that was know well in advance, the lack of return calls says something too, the excuses, the reasons said something as well.
I paid and scheduled a month in advance, there is no reason for not giving your customer a call, as a retired driver I made this job easy out of respect to another driver, being in the field as long as I was it also told me this guy is not a pro, his actions showed who he was & what he was/is about.
A customer is the one that keeps the truck rolling, no customer means no money.
The customer makes the pay check that the driver lives on.
If you cant do right by your customer you deserve a lousy review and to be shamed for the service you promised and never provided.
Unfortunately, this G Rated site goes beyond my true meaning for words that I could very well say & use, out of respect for church going folks, the women who may be reading I have used great restraint in what I say.
So read between the lines, know & understand what it is am saying to all who think of using the services this man claims to be able to do, guess you could call it a enter at your own risk?
I stand behind this warning and advise to others 100 % with document proof.
