We Sent the Client the Cheq along with a $ 1000 voucher.. As We have said before we attempted to pickup the clients vehicle twice from the location and had no luck.. What more can we say..
Sour Grapes.. his cheq was sent out by our Accounting firm.. We as well followed up to confirm that he received the cheq and would not reply back.
From what I was told from the other carrier who moved his vehicle..they had the same problems.
JUST A NOTE,, WE MOVE OVER 2000 VEHICLES PER YEAR AND HAVE LESS THEN .05 % THAT HAVE COMPLAINTS, WE STRIVE TO DO OUR BEST... WE AREN'T PERFECT.. BUT WE TRY OUR HARDEST TO HAVE REPEAT CLIENTS.
We as well want to point out that if you read these reviews, 100 % are from private individuals.. we have no negative reviews from any of our over 350 Corporate Clients
THATS IMPORTANT TO OUR BUSINESS MODEL.
