Gerry Giovannetti has quite alot to say about his set up in Halifax, I paid him in under two hours and at this time am still looking for that refund check.It's been two months and eleven days and I get the feeling the check will be lost for a long time yet .HE TALKS ALOT ABOUT IT even sent a picture of it,that sure made me warm and fuzzy.It was mailed 16 Feb then I called him on the 24 Feb oh it was mailed on Monday20,I don't think its in the mail yet and if it clears I will be amazed.Now let me address this issue about pick up of vehicle it was in a hotel parking lot the people lived inside two phone numbers (cell) one for work no calls were ever recieved,now if I was moving a car for someone and couldn't get a contact person who would I call,your right! me no one ever called me that's where this all became a problem from the start, also the order was cancelled on the 27 of December.NOW LETS talk about that 1000.00 dollar Gerry is sending along with the check could he actually think I might ship a car with him agin?Gerry you didn't move this car you do have my money still, so the issue seems to be that refund, I wired the money instantly into one of Gerry's many accounts if there is anything to be learned from this sorted affair do not do what i did.Gerry should not be given money. Oh! ONE OTHER THING PEOPLE SHOULD READ IS THAT gERRY ACTUALLY TOLD THE PEOPLE AT THIS TRANSPORT REVIEW THAT HE COULD NOT FIND ME AS ONE OF HIS CUSTOMERS SO THINK ABOUT THAT ! GG

We Sent the Client the Cheq along with a $ 1000 voucher.. As We have said before we attempted to pickup the clients vehicle twice from the location and had no luck.. What more can we say.. Sour Grapes.. his cheq was sent out by our Accounting firm.. We as well followed up to confirm that he received the cheq and would not reply back. From what I was told from the other carrier who moved his vehicle..they had the same problems. JUST A NOTE,, WE MOVE OVER 2000 VEHICLES PER YEAR AND HAVE LESS THEN .05 % THAT HAVE COMPLAINTS, WE STRIVE TO DO OUR BEST... WE AREN'T PERFECT.. BUT WE TRY OUR HARDEST TO HAVE REPEAT CLIENTS. We as well want to point out that if you read these reviews, 100 % are from private individuals.. we have no negative reviews from any of our over 350 Corporate Clients THATS IMPORTANT TO OUR BUSINESS MODEL.
