No communication

After four weeks of waiting to hear from Autorail Forwarders, I called to request:
Where the car was?
When it should arrive in Vancouver?
Where should I pick up my vehicle?

Steve would not answer my questions and I was referred to Jerry. Jerry has not returned one phone call?

I do not where my car is, and Autorail refuses to give me any answers, by not returning my calls.

JUST A NOTE,, WE MOVE OVER 2000 VEHICLES PER YEAR AND HAVE LESS THEN .05 % THAT HAVE COMPLAINTS, WE STRIVE TO DO OUR BEST... WE AREN'T PERFECT.. BUT WE TRY OUR HARDEST TO HAVE REPEAT CLIENTS. THATS IMPORTANT TO OUR BUSINESS MODEL. Gerry Did return phone calls to the client. See the note on the other claims... we do not take peoples money,, we are partners with CN Rail.. if that was the case we would not be provided Rail Service. TKS Management
